Build the collection layer
Server-side tagging, consent, and pipelines that hold up under ad blockers, ITP and an audit. This is the unglamorous half that determines whether anything else is true.
Most AI analytics tools assume your tracking already works. Ours doesn't have to — we implement the collection layer ourselves, then run an AI analyst on top of it that reads your data every day instead of once a month.

Anomaly at 14:22:09. cart_view fired twice from mobile Safari.
Checkout conversion on /cart is reading 18% below its 7-day baseline
because the duplicate inflates the denominator — the drop isn't real. The fix is the
tag's trigger condition, not the DOM listener.

AI on bad data is just faster wrong answers.
Every agency has an AI story now. Very few of them touch your tag manager. We do both — which means when the model reports a 30% drop, we can tell you whether the business moved or the tracking broke. That distinction is the entire value of the discipline, and it is the one thing a reporting layer bolted onto someone else's implementation cannot give you.
Most engagements start in the middle — someone needs a dashboard. We would rather start at collection, because everything downstream inherits its mistakes.

A mid-sized retailer with a large online presence but no way to sell through it, and no paid search program. We raised organic rank on the profitable brands, ran introductory PPC and display, and used cross-device plus vendor data to attribute store visits back to online activity.
Their ads worked; their reporting did not exist. We built a fully dynamic Looker Studio platform pulling performance metrics, custom calculated metrics, and geographic and benchmark data, embedded directly in the client's own internal site.
A sudden influx of analytics work across a complex stack, including a long-form audit. We embedded with their team under agency direction, completed the audit, and filled the tag management gap that was blocking delivery.
We delivered a 40-page analysis of site performance, the competitor landscape and prioritized recommendations, executed the quick wins ourselves, and worked with the rebuild team to land a clean analytics setup from day one.
